About the event

(Re)claiming and (re)building your own spiritual practice in adulthood is vulnerable and necessary work. Creating something decolonized and queer-centered requires mindfulness and clear-hearted curiosity. This workshop discusses how to navigate doubt, misinformation, and spiritual bypassing and provides various spiritual practices to explore and cultivate. As queer South Asians, a spiritual practice, over time, becomes the home we crave.

Phiroozeh Petigara (she/her) is a queer desi healer, writer, and self-care educator. Phi supports QTPOC folks in creating a self-care practice to move from surviving to thriving and ultimately, to self-love.
